Sometimes you run into a conflict that you can no longer avoid.Maybe it's a pressing business relationship or a friendship too valuable to discard.Or maybe you're just ready to use the conflict as an instrument of growth.In all of those situations, getting a pro outside perspective can be very helpful. It can make the difference between getting what you want out of the conflict and making the situation even worse.I set up monthly conflict coaching to lower the barrier to you picking up the phone and giving me a call. My hope is that the subscription system gives you a sense of freedom -- so you can call (or text) and get help when you need it.I can help you:

- Come up with questions that deepen your mutual understanding,
